TRAINING FACILITY
Extra Hour provides a controlled environment for skating development, combining skating treadmill (10,000+ lessons taught), synthetic ice lanes and mini rink small-area stations. By isolating stride techniques, balance, edge control, and posture - while providing far more high-quality repetitions than traditional ice time - we help athletes accelerate their learning and transfer these skills directly to real-ice speed, confidence, and game performance.
HOCKEY SKATING SCHOOL
In 1998, we launched Nor Cal’s first formal power skating program. Power Hour provides elite and high-intensity hockey skating series, proving to be the leading resource for minor through professional players. Skating is the defining skill that separates and impacts hockey players' success in today’s game.
